Hey, my name is Martin and I'm renting the spare bedroom in my nearly new house! I'm looking for somebody who is respectful and looks after themselves, but overall I'm really chilled and easy on requirements :) You'll be flat-sharing with only 1 other person (Chrys) who is a very chilled, clean and respectful professional. Each one gets their own bedroom and bathroom in the house, as well as shared spaces, garden, driveway parking, shed for storage, and more :)
The room itself is a Modern Double Bedroom in a Three Bedroom new build House that's decorated really nicely.
