Double room in Battlefield

Shared living room

Renting out my spare room (+ campervan if required!) in my ground floor tenement flat in Battlefield.

Double room, fully furnished with ample space (~20sq. m). Shared kitchen, bathroom and beautiful living room. Free on street parking. 5 mins away from Mount Florida train station so easy to get into central in about 15 mins. Very close to Queens park and also Linn Park. A few nice restaurants and a Sainsbury local round the corner, most importantly a few charity shops which I regularly visit as I love a good charity shop bargain!

Southside is a great area to live :)

Initially looking for short term let up to 6 months with potential for extending. Rent is with some bills, energy and council tax not included. Double room is fully furnished with a double bed, dresser table, mirror and wardrobe.

Looking for a flatmate who I get on with and need to have a good level of trust. I am often not in the flat for long periods of time so you would have to be comfortable living in the flat on your own.

I am open to couples renting the room, as I am not there a lot of the time, the whole flat will be yours quite often.

A little bit about me:

I'm 32 and travel around quite a bit so I am not in the flat very often. When I am living there I am out and about walking, surfing or swimming. I love the outdoors so always try to get out as much as I can. I am a big foodie, love to cook and try new foods so if you are a fellow foodie be great to swap recipes. I am fairly laid back but would ideally like someone who is clean and respectful of each others spaces.

I also have a van that is half converted into a camper van, great for weekend trips and holidays. If this is something that would be useful for you I am happy to rent out my van at a small extra cost.
