Self-contained first floor studio, with its own compact shower room and small kitchen. Part of a family home in a semi-rural location.

Bed-sitting area with Ikea sofabed. Good sized wardrobe. Galley kitchen with two ring hob, microwave/oven/grill, small fridge with freezer compartment. The kitchen is set up with crockery, cutlery, a kettle and toaster. Electric radiators provided.

Sorry no washing machine or space for one, but there are launderettes within a 20 minute drive.

Access to the studio is via a steep outside staircase, onto a small wooden deck with a table and two chairs. Own car best due to the location and lack of reliable public transport. One parking space provided but no facility for electric vehicle charging.

All bills included except electricity (via a meter). No phone socket or Wi-Fi, so a dongle will be required. There is a sky disk with connectors which hasn’t been used for a while.

Would suit a quiet older (over 35) countryside lover who is seeking a peaceful life. Not suitable for anyone who holds parties or has lots of visitors. Although one parking space is provided there is no other parking nearby, so visitors with cars have to park 5-10 minutes walk away across the village green (no pavement or street lighting).

Must be ok with dogs, as we have a friendly one. Non-smoker preferred.
