bedroomed house, located in a quiet residential area with great views from the garden over the countryside and a view of Sittingbourne town and the Sheppey bridge from the front bedroom window.
The bedroom can have a single bed or a double bed, it is furnished with 2 wardrobes, s chest of drawers, bedside table, lamp and full length mirror. The bathroom is opposite the bedroom and has a bath with shower over the bath, toilet, wash basin, bathroom cabinet with mirror doors.

In addition to yourself the house will only be occupied by one lady who has a bedroom and an ensuite bathroom and the landlord, a lady, who is usually only in the house around 3-4 nights a month who also has her own bedroom and bathroom.
There are plenty of facilities to share in the house.
The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 fridge freezers, hob, oven and sink with a microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. The property has a lounge /dining room with table and chairs to seat six and a sofa to relax and watch TV.
There are 2 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet.
The property also has a paved outside area and a garden area.
The rent is inclusive of all bills, gas and electricity, water, council tax and WiFi are included in the rent.
The property is located half an hours walk to train station, 25 minutes walk to high Street, or about 7 minutes in a car to the railway station and High Street and has easy access to the A2.
