I have a 3 bedroom house within 7mins walk of the hospital entrance. A small elderly dog and a cat called Dave. I'm looking for a friendly, considerate lodger. The rent covers all bills including broadband. The room is recently decorated, King size bed and ample storage in 2 wardrobes. There's a shared bathroom, I will be employing a cleaner for weekly cleans of the shared areas Also recently downstairs has been decorated. Must be pet friendly my boys are needy cuddle monsters. I open water swim, go to the gym and like the outdoors. This is my home, and for safety I will be meeting potential individuals for a coffee first.
