A spacious double bedroom with your own private sitting room is available in my welcoming home in Chartham, around 10 minutes from Canterbury.

This is a Monday–Friday let, ideal for a professional working in the area who wants a comfortable and peaceful place to stay during the week, with weekends at home.

The accommodation is on the first floor and includes:

• Furnished double bedroom
• Separate private sitting room with sofa, TV and fridge
• Shared modern kitchen and bathroom
• Large garden
• Driveway parking

The house is always kept clean and tidy and a weekly cleaner for shared areas is included.

The property is in a lovely village setting with countryside walks nearby, as well as pubs and local shops. Canterbury is around 10 minutes away with regular buses and nearby train stations within a short drive.

RENT

• £160 per week (Monday–Friday only)
Includes all bills, high-speed broadband and Sky TV (Movies & Entertainment)

ABOUT THE HOUSE

You would be sharing with one friendly live-in homeowner and a very relaxed dog. It’s a calm, respectful home rather than a busy house share, so it would suit someone who values a quiet and comfortable environment.
