Two minute walk from loop bus stop (runs every 10 minutes) that will call at Broadstairs Train Station, Margate, Ramsgate, Westwood Cross, QEQM hospital Margate. The no. 8 buses goes to Canterbury as does the train. Plenty of street parking. Possible off street parking.

Use of the south facing garden, BBQ area, different areas to sit. Garden is also used by the dog. Separate shared living room, kitchen, dining room and living room.
