Workers will need proof of eligibility to work in the UK, as via gov web site (UK passport/ rent code from home office) Non smoker. No pets. Resident cat. £140 per week. Up to 6 months let available, longer lets considered. This is a ROOM ONLY. No laundry facilities & no kitchen available.
