A double room is available in this lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat. There is another tenant already at the property.
The tenant is very clean, tidy, courteous and respectful and so we are looking for a similar tenant for the double bedroom.
Please see disclosure at the bottom about 6/12/18 month stay.

Your room:
The double bedroom pictured with double bed and a built-in wardrobe and small chest of drawers.
You will also have sole access to the main bathroom as the other tenant has an ensuite. The flat overlooks the back of the flats and some nice trees.
There is a parking space for a new tenant.


The flat:
The lounge and kitchen are open-plan with all the necessary equipment. There is a balcony with a table and chairs or a hammock if you wanted to relax!

Council tax is not included.
All other bills are included.

Looking for someone who is equally as clean and tidy and respectful of the flat.

It’s 15 mins walk to the station and then it’s 26 mins train to Kings Cross which is amazing for links to London.

It’s close to the hospital for nursing/doctor placements too.

**For full transparency, the flat is going on the market in the new year. This could mean only a 6 month stay or it could be 12 or 18 months or if it doesn’t do well on the market, I will take it off. That does mean the tenant will need to be ok with a short term let or potentially longer let with no guarantee beyond 6 months. ***
