A clean, bright and comfortable room is becoming available in a well-located 2 storey apartment in Welwyn High Street.

The flat is shared with 1 couple and I am looking for someone clean, respectful, and easygoing to REPLACE me. Cleanliness is really important and self awareness regarding volume during later hours is essential.
Preferably someone in permanent employment would be suitable.
