One room 5 minutes from Bushey Train Station.

This new loft conversion has a large bedroom to rent, which is, fully furnished with wi-fi and a Smart TV. There is also access to the kitchenette area with a sofa and Smart TV and entrance to the bathroom. An Air Fryer is provided for your use.

We have a large garden which we are happy to share and another kitchen and WC on the ground floor should anyone want to use it.

We do have dogs and they are very friendly but they will not be around you as they are not allowed in the loft.

We would like people who are responsible, tidy and who are looking to stay for a minimum of 6 months. We do have cleaners once every week to clean your room, change the bedding if required and clean the Kitchen area and bathroom. All you will need is a Passport or Drivers Licence and a Bank/Credit card statement at our address once you have moved in. That's it. We will do the rest for you.
