OUR PREFERENCE
We'd prefer female tenants. My wife and I both travel frequently for work and are rarely at the property, typically no more than one or two weeks a month. When one of us is home alone, my wife feels more comfortable sharing with female tenants. We hope you understand and appreciate our consideration.
