We are Pasi, Lena, and Leo (2yo) and we are renting out an en-suite room in our house. Looking for a friendly female (or two females if you want to share the room) who are looking for a place to live. We are a family of 3, and my husband (Sri Lankan/British) and I (German) work at UCL as researchers.
The house has three floors, with the kitchen downstairs and the room for rent, with it's en-suite bathroom, and the living room on the second floor. We use the three rooms and bathroom upstairs, so it is possible to have a good amount of privacy.
There are shops, restaurants, supermarket, a GP and a bus stop with a line to the city centre within a few minutes walk of the house.
We won't be able to rent the room to a male or a couple including a male, unfortunately.
