Easy going, down to earth, hard working female.... very relaxed environment here!
Room consists of a double bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside table and a small set of drawers. Welcome to add your own furniture! Bathroom shared with myself and has an over the bath shower. Kitchen has a washing machine and use of all kitchen facilities. There is a garden with out-door furniture. Parking available.

No smoking in the house 100%, but you may smoke in the garden.

No extra charges, all bills and wifi included.

House is set in a no through road in a quiet, safe, friendly neighbourhood.
Located within easy reach of M1, M25, A1 (M)... Easy access into St Albans town centre, Hatfield, Radlett and Borehamwood.
Bus service to surrounding areas if you do not drive.
5 minutes drive away to Colney Fields shopping park. Stroll away from Tescos express, co-op, bakery, nail bar, beauty salon, gym and eateries.

I work as a carer in a nursing home during the week, but do try to have my weekends to catch up with family!!.
