This house is in a leafy green area of Hatfield town a few minutes’ walk from shops and all amenities you might need. With easy access to the A1M motorway and A1000 and 20 minutes’ walk from the train station, ideal for commuters and it is just about 10 min walk from the Hertfordshire university College Lange Campus. We are offering 5 rooms, preferably all to professionals, but 1 or 2 mature students may be welcome. All bills inclusive, gas, water, council tax, electricity and internet. Cleaning not included and housemates will be expected to keep the house clean.
