Good humoured house friend sought - beautiful home

Hello fellow homely residers! 😊

We have a gorgeous home we would like to share with someone decent. The objective is that we meet a good humoured, yet calm 'house friend'. We being kind and curious in nature ourselves, we ideally seek a human of a similar temperament, yet the ball park is open to interpretation on a human by human basis, and so do not feel discouraged if you aren't sure if you fit this bill. The key really i guess for us is stability, consistency yet silliness and fun, a mindful and empathetic existence.

Neurologically atypical as we are, we enjoy energised chats and fun at times, but spend a lot of our leisure time enjoying calming and creative activities also, working on being mindful, moral and meaningful in lifestyle, behaviour and choices. We do love music and my daughter is an avid Minecrafter as well as roleplayer. Very creative and independent. Well other than to her mother 🥰 !!!

We arerather laid back, and adaptive. Exploration is a personal quest and is not a prerequisite of a housemate! Feel free to enquire and we might be a good fit whatever walk of life or particular doctrine / philosophies you may follow, although it goes without saying we are looking for a goodie, not a baddie!! 😇

It's a rathee lovely double bedroom up for grabs. There is a spare bed and mattress in the garage if needed, just in case. Lots of storage in the cupboards as per photos, and can store in the garage safely too, it stays well ventilated and dry.

It's warm in both winter and summer. The gardens are phenomenal with glorious surprise new blooms emerging every few weeks! We love a good garden chill. Trampoline and gym bar, greenhouse and shed all welcome to enjoy! 🤘

Overall we are friendly, happy and impassioned people. We have crafty and meaningful interests. Neurodivergent welcoming and enthusiastic for of course, and and it's just me and my daughter who you would live with.
We are pro nature and pretty much all animals so eager to hear about your pets if any. 🙂🪷

On that side of things, we may soon be adopting a doggy companion. Looking for a conscious, yet animal easy going type of folk. Although feel free to be a recluse too! I certainly. need my hermit time regularly.

I'm a bit. of. a feeder so expect to be offered food but no offence will be taken or obligation if you'd rather do your own thing. ✨🪩😴 Basically looking for a positive addition to our cute household! As video exhibits, lots of room for us all to enjoy our own spaces. Saying that we also welcome and enjoy movie/Tele/the odd cocktail night.

I am keeping costs as low as possible and do not profit from my sharer. We just want harmony and life is expensive these days for most. 🧭 however it is a band E council tax property being semi detached in a gorgeous area. So feel free to offer to help with that if you're pretty flush! 🪩

The two gorgeous gardens feel very private, not too overlooked, and you'll notice the lovely sun trap + blessed by this. We are very much looking forward to Summer. About to start digging, sewing and toiling on the winter neglected beds! 🏡

You are welcome in all areas of the house and to use our bits and bobs. We have all a kitchen could ever need, although in the process of donating and minimising possessions

Lounge is large and there's a lovely dining room too, it's very light and airy. We love music but are mindful and don't blast it loudly too often! Love my absolute 90s in particular but originally a metal and rave and jazzy kinda head...love an underground undiscovered artist.

Loads of parking, for multiple cars. And your room has a lock and two keys too which only you have of course. Although my daughter has no interest in invading others private spaces 🤣 - bathrooms included! 😜

It is a 15 mins walk to Cheshunt train station and there are shops and other amenities only 5 mins walk away. What's more we have the Lea valley on our doorstep with some handy cut throughs to all the nature we are truly blessed by. It is stunning as Spring time comes!

It takes just 30 mins I believe on the fast train through to Liverpool street. You can also be at Tottenham Hale in 15 minutes. A well connected little place. Hoddesdon and Hertford are both 10 / 12 mun drives respectively.

Up for sharing a meal every now and then or feel free to just do your own thing. It's all good.

My girl is very lovely. She might be shy at first but she enjoys having people around our home, and loved our last housemates. We like to artsy things. All our neighbours are awesome, young and old. Friendly neighbourhood. X

FYI, you are welcome to have guests. I have an occasional friends over myself. I noticed there were some weird ads where some people treat their housemate like an unwelcome alien. Very bizarre.
