In fact all upstairs is newly decorated as is the downstairs toilet and new double glazing throughout. Kitchen is fully functional with mod cons such as a washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric hob and gas oven, but it is dated ( I am hoping to get this done at some point this year. I am flexible with timings and will work around you). I have reflected this aspect in the fair rental amount) I am looking for a responsible, professional person who does not smoke. If a couple want to rent one room, there will be an additional charge of £100 pm.
