I have a bright and spacious double room available in my open-plan 2-bedroom flat in Westbourne. The flat is modern, with an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area thats a relaxed and sociable space.

It’s located in a great spot, within easy reach of local shops, cafes, and Emsworth train station.

You’ll be sharing the flat with just me, the owner. The property has been well maintained and offers a comfortable, clean living environment. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including an oven, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher—happy to share everything.
There is off-street parking available, and the property also benefits from access to a communal outdoor space. The room itself is a good-sized double and comes semi-furnished with a bed, bedside tables, and a chest of drawers. These can be removed if you prefer to bring your own furniture.

I’m ideally looking for a tidy, respectful professional who works regular hours. I’m self-employed and often work from home, however I’m also out quite a bit, so you’ll have the place to yourself fairly often. The rent is inclusive of all bills, including council tax.
