Nice warm room in cozy house

Hi, I have a large single room with cooking facilities. The room would suit a working gent, maybe a builder? (Because the other gent often walks around in his underwear), The room is close to bus routes and the train station, with lots of local shops. There are two parks nearby and the beach is a 20 minute walk. away.
There is a resident parking scheme so you would need to pay a yearly parking permit if you drive. Most bills are included. I try to keep my rent cheap, but f the gas, electricity and council tax keep going up, we may have to discuss small rises in the future to keep up with the bills. At the moment those things are covered by the rent, but if they keep rising, it is only fair, that we may all have to contribute. I hope all this makes sense.
This is a laid back house, it's clean and tidy, but not a palace. There are many beautiful rooms on here in immaculate condition, but this is not one of them. It's just an ordinary clean and tidy room, in an ordinary house.
