The tenant will share a bathroom with just one other tenant, conveniently located right next to the bedroom. Shared access includes the downstairs kitchen, which is equipped with a washing machine, oven, gas hobs, a dishwasher, and shared cutlery/essentials. There is also access to a shared back garden. For those with a vehicle, there is plenty of on-road parking available around the house.
Location and Transport
The location offers excellent convenience. Groceries are a stone's throw away, and local gyms and green parks are very nearby. A bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away, with routes providing easy access to Southampton city Centre.

This is a very quiet and peaceful house. The current household consists of one professional tenant and the landlord.
