Portsmouth City center are only 15 minutes walking distance.

The local bus service are off road.
Room includes double bed, wardrobe, bedside, drawers, etc.
There is Wifi, American fridge/freezer and washing machine, etc...
Rent is to be paid monthly with £400 deposit . All bills are included.

Preferably professional or student female.
I'm happy to let it to a couple if they take both room, so one room could be used as spare room or living room.
Both rooms are downstairs.
