I’m Steve and have just got a property in Fareham 20 mins walk from the station and intend to have two lodgers. Currently have one who keeps to himself and is very polite.

The big room still available.

The property is recently painted and is deceivingly spacious.

The rooms both have good lighting and well heated/ventilated.

One king size and one double both with built in storage for clothes/stuff and bedside table.

The downstairs will be shared living spaces consisting of the kitchen, toilet, lounge and also in the conservatory a gym area.

I am looking for people easy to live with, clean and polite.

One room is a bit smaller sized for £550 and one is £700 for a larger room.
Bathroom upstairs is standard including some storage, toilet, sink, a bath and shower.

The garden is small but does have some space but around the property is fields and a woodland walk area.

About myself:

I like football (playing and watching), going out with friends, gym and cooking.

I have a very happy Labrador that does not bark but is very affectionate, his name is Bingo.

During the week I am working in the day, gyming and walking the dog. I also intend to study a new course.

On the weekend I will be with friends or family.
