Double room in quiet home – 3 month let with opportunity for long term (6 months+), open to discuss

Recently decorated spare room available in my lovely two-bedroom home. (Council tax band B)

I’m a friendly lecturer working at the University of Winchester and live with two house cats (13) and a 3-year-old cocker spaniel, so you’ll need to be a genuine pet lover as my dog is lively and loud at times but lovely! (pets aren’t allowed in the bedroom so that it is fur free). Dog lovers very much welcome.

The room has a comfortable double trundle bed (pulls out to full double), desk and chair, and two chest of drawers.

You’ll have shared access to a large kitchen, shared bathroom, and enclosed garden. Use of the living room/conservatory can be discussed. This is currently a room let rather than the whole house.

Includes: dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen, freezer + fridge space.

Location: great access to country park, Hobbycraft & garden centre nearby, easy drive and bus to city centre. 15min walk to bus to University.

Parking: on-road, quiet dead-end street.
I’m looking for someone quiet and respectful. I’d prefer no overnight guests and minimal visitors.
