I am looking for working Professionals for Single occupancy. Full time or would suit Monday to Friday.
It is not suitable for couples, home workers , smokers/vapers or party animals.
All Bills Included.

Cleaning and tidying up after oneself in common areas you use is essential.

Peaceful environment for peace set in a townhouse it is nestled in a quiet corner in a peaceful copse tree area perfect for you if you’re looking for quietness, peace, and calm, living environment. It is perfect for relaxing in at the end of your workday. It is on the edge of Chineham, and old Basing situated on a private road.

It is as quiet here as you want, and you can be as social as much or as little as you wish.

I am looking for 2 lodgers there will 3 of use all together living here.

The kitchen is for cooking and eating meals it has a breakfast bar .

There is a small provision for a bike, storage of boxes/suitcases in the garage.


1 : The small double room:
It has a very comfortable double size bed pocketed spring mattress which is a few years old. There is Fitted wardrobes with plenty of fitted shelfs. There is 2 bed side cupboards and a smart TV. The room is at the back of the house and shares the bathroom with one other room.

2 : The ensuite double:

It faces a copse full of trees and the odd squirrel and other wildlife to look out for from your window. The king size bed is very comfortable it has a pocketed spring mattress. There is plenty of storage in the fitted wardrobes, and there is a flat screen TV. The room has a lovely outlook to the copse and is not overlooked by other houses.
