A spacious double room in a newly built coach house in Saxon Heights.

You'll have access to a shared kitchen/diner for light cooking, bathroom and convenient off-road parking right outside the house. Plus, there's a bus stop just outside, with two buses (No.2) heading to the town centre every hour. If you prefer to walk then the town centre is around a 35 minute walk away and Walworth industrial estate is a 10 minute walk away.

I'm looking for someone who has their own place but needs a room while working in Andover during the week and heads back home on the weekends. So, it's a perfect setup for a working professional doing contract work in the area and seeking something homely and pocket-friendly compared to a hotel.

I value my space and property, so I’m looking for someone respectful, trustworthy and tidy who will treat the place accordingly.

You will also be staying with my apricot cockapoo Marty. He doesn’t pay rent, hence this advert!
