UPSTAIRS HAS 4 doubles left,
£610 FOR A SINGLE PERSON IN A DOUBLE ROOMS UPSTAIRS or £750 for a couple (room for one more couple),

Minimum up front payment is two months (for a 6-month contract), so its first and partial last month. The up front payment is NOT A DEPOSIT, Just rent and partial rent. Our tenants love that there is no deposit, just upfront rent.

The single people in DOUBLE ROOMS are £610 per calendar month. Couples price is £750 for two sharing ONE double room.
