I have a bright and spacious room available in a clean and peaceful home in Newport. It’s a comfortable and welcoming space, ideal for someone looking for a calm and well-kept place to live.

The room has plenty of natural light and comes with a desk, TV, and a sofa bed that can be arranged as either a single or double. There is good storage in the room, along with additional space in the kitchen.

I’ve recently moved in, so everything is still being arranged — final touches such as curtains, mirrors and décor will be added soon.

The home is tidy and easy to live in, with convenient access to the kitchen and bathroom. There is limited access to the living room.

I work full-time on different shift patterns, so I’m looking for someone who is clean, responsible, and has an easygoing and warm personality.

Location: Walking distance to the city centre, transport links, shops, GP, and a beautiful river. On-street parking is also available.
