All amenities are very close by with corner shops and takeaways only a 2 minute walk away. The city centre, including Lidl, Asda, gyms and other facilities can be reached within 10 minutes on foot.
The room is available for £475 per month and all bills are included (depending on usage).
This is a very clean and tidy house with a brand new kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. The kitchen includes shared appliances such as an oven, microwave, fridge, kettle and air fryer and you will have your own space in the fridge.
