You enter on the first floor to a bright living room with great views across Newport and plenty of sunshine.

The two bedrooms are downstairs, with access to a large, long garden featuring a seating area and lovely views.

There is also a separate patio area for drying your washing etc.

The house is located down a quiet private lane, with friendly, peaceful neighbors and parking spaces nearby.

It's also a great location for nature lovers – a nature reserve at the top of the hill has beautiful walking routes, and there are plenty of other scenic spots nearby.

The house is also less than 10 minute drive from a retail park with great shopping and a cinema.

Locally there is also a Sainsburys supermarket and an Aldi.

The room faces the garden and has built in open storage for clothes. It is lovely and bright and again, a quiet room. It is furnished with a double ottoman storage bed frame and mattress.
