2 rooms available in all girls house in withington

Room 1

hi we are wanting to fill two double rooms in our lovely four bed house in withington from the 1st of July. We want to stay an all girls house and you would be living with two other girls in early mid twenties.

The house has a spacious kitchen, living room, a shared bathroom, and a nice garden. We are both sociable and are looking for someone we can be friends with who is kind and tidy and doesn’t mind the occasional pint.

We're in a great spot just a short walk from bus stops and shops, with easy access to the city centre, plus loads of cafes, bars, and parks nearby.

The room is available from 1st July, but we'll need to have everything signed as soon as we can. There is a deposit of £548. Both double rooms h a wardrobe, bedside table, chest of draws and a lovely view of the garden. The price is lower for the first room as it’s smaller but it’s an absolute steal. The second room has a desk aswell and lots of shelves.

The deposit is £548 sorry I tried to include but the app barred me from stating it’s more than the monthly amount due to it being seen as a whole house rather than room by room contract.
