Contract until: middle of July 2027

Rent: £257 per week (all bills included -utilities & internet)

Room type: Premium bigger studio (private kitchen, private bathroom)

Great location near both Manchester universities and city centre. Modern student accomodation with secure entry, communal areas, gym, theatre room and on site management. There’s is free parking for residents too, if you have a car. Many shops around the accommodation too and many parks like Victoria park.
