Looking for a friendly, easygoing housemate to share a 3-bed semi-detached house with a driveway and a decent-sized garden.

I’m a live-in landlord, but I’m away quite a lot due to work and spending time with my partner, so you’ll often have the place to yourself. The house is relaxed and comfortable- ideal if you like your own space but still want a sociable home.

I’m looking for someone tidy, respectful, and easy to get along with. Would be great to find someone who’s up for the occasional pint or chat, but equally happy doing their own thing.

The third bedroom can be turned into an office for anyone that works from home.
