Hi there,

The room is a good size with space around a double bed, wardrobe and 2 side tables included.

The house has 2 nice living spaces with a fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 bathrooms (1 downstairs) the upstairs bathroom is being re done at the moment so no photos of this. There is a spacious front and back garden with outdoor furniture. There is also on-road parking.

The house is located a short walk from Heaton Chapel Station and has multiple bus routes which all take less the 30 mins to get into Manchester City Centre and 20 mins to get into Stockport Town Centre. There is a large Morrisons a 5 mins walk from the house and Aldi or Asda 5 min drive from the house. A short walk away there are plenty of nice restaurants in Heaton Chapel and Heaton Moor.

I expect a housemate to be clean, respect the shared areas, and be equally responsible for their appearance and cleanliness. I would like someone who is passionate for their hobbies and enjoys socialising.

I am a friendly, sociable teacher. I love to play and watch sport but also go on nice walks and find good places to eat
