Cosy room

This room has a mezzanine double bed (approx. 5'10" high), so it may not suit everyone. The room is for single occupancy.

My current lodger is moving out, so I have a lovely, cosy room available in my home from 28th April 2026. The room overlooks a south-facing private garden with patio — perfect in warmer months.

I share the home with two friendly cats, so this would suit someone who is comfortable around cats.

The house is typically heated in the mornings and evenings during the week (unless it’s very cold), and for longer periods over the weekend. This setup suits someone who is out during the day on weekdays (work or study outside the home).

Work or study outside the home during weekdays
Are looking for a longer-term stay (minimum around 3 months, preferably longer)
Are self-sufficient and comfortable with your own routine
Value a peaceful, low-key home environment
