I have a lovely room available in my 3-bedroom house, shared with just one other person (me), making it ideal if you value peace, cleanliness, and a more relaxed living environment.

The room features a clever extendable IKEA bed, usually set up as a single to maximise space, but easily converts into a double whenever you want extra comfort. There is a dedicated shared office room, set up with two workstations.

All bills are included (gas, electricity, council, tax, broadband, water). The heating in the house is controlled by a wireless thermostat set at set temperatures.
