GIRLIES ONLY - I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a gorgeous 3 bed flat from the end of May 💕

📍The flat is in a central location near Spinningfields - only a 10 minute walk into town and right next to Salford Central station!
The building is the Filaments and has:
- 24 hour concierge and security,
- a gym,
- roof terrace,
- coworking spaces,
- coffee shop
- lounge you can rent out.
- pet friendly 🐱🐶
- has parking available for an additional cost, but there is a waiting list.

It’s a furnished 3 bed apartment.
You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one of the other girls.
The rent is £766 a month, with bills included it usually comes to around £900 a month.
The flat is on the 15th floor and has an amazing view.

I’ve lived here for over 2 years now and absolutely love it, I’m only moving out as I’m moving in with my boyfriend otherwise I’d live here forever!

Looking for a young professional 23+. The flat is clean, tidy and respectful but we like to go for coffees, shopping, drinks etc together so would be looking for people the same vibe 🥰
