Amazing View - Salford Quays

My friend is going travelling when the tenancy ends. I love the property and looking to renew.

About The Property:
It is located right next to a McDonald's, a pub and the Salford Quays tram stop and a short walk to media city and a short drive to the M602; making it an ideal location to get in and out of town with many local amenities at the doorstep.
The flat has a balcony with a fantastic view over the water, bright open plan kitchen/living room and 2 toilets. (I have an ensuite effectivly making the other toilet yours). The flat also includes a gym, which for an apartment gym is actually very good.

About Me:
I am a 26 year old working professional designer, working 9-5 weekdays. I am still pretty new to Manchester and ideally looking for a friend as well as a flat mate. I like nights out in pubs and bars and going to gigs. I also enjoy a night in watching TV and playing games. I also have a cat. She is older and doesn't play much, just enjoys relaxing with you on the sofa in a chilled out environment.
