My double room will be available for short-term rent while I am travelling. The closet will be entirely empty so that you can use it at your own convenience.

The rent is £850 per month, which includes all bills.

The bedroom has it's own bathroom.

The flat is located in The Slate Yard, a modern development in the city centre.

Which includes:

- a free gym in the building that you can use
- free fitness classes
- free resident events
- free co-working space
- meeting rooms
- secure covered bike area
- 5 minute walk into Spinningfields
- Sainsbury's supermarket is 1 minute walk

The room is on a high floor with amazing views of Manchester, and it has a balcony.

The room is available from 1st May 2026 until 31st May 2026.
If needed, you can also stay only during the first 2 weeks of June for £400 extra.

It is a two-bedroom apartment. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and you would be sharing with a friendly female PhD student from Latin America.

The city centre is 5-10 minutes away.
The University of Manchester is around a 30-minute walk or a 12-minute cycle away.
