Hi! I'm Fiona and looking for a WOMAN to replace me in my tenancy as I am looking to move out alone - please see bottom for move-in flexibility requirements.*

The room is very large, furnished, and comes with a huge wardrobe with mirrors and a great ensuite bathroom! The kitchen/living room is very spacious.

Rent: £700
Bills: £200 (Council tax band is C)

Amenities include a gym, communal gardens, a free-to-use coffee machine, monthly socials and treats such as sip and paint, yoga, and a breakfast bar!

The flat is about a 15 minute walk into the town centre, and less than 10 minutes from the Regent Retail park with Sainsburys, Home Bargains, JD gym, etc.

You'll be sharing with my flatmate - a 29 year old woman who is really friendly and kind - she works in the NHS so she is out of the house most of the time. She does have a cat, so please only enquire if you are okay with this. (The cat is super friendly though). 🐱

*Someone with some flexibility in terms of movement rather than a set date would be great, but I think a move-in date of around mid-late May should be great!
