The room is a furnished double in a mixed, social house share with free off-road parking and just a 20-minute walk from Manchester City Centre, available from 1st May. Rent is £700 per month for a single occupant (£750 for couples) — Rent is inclusive of all bills, council tax and broadband.
You'd be sharing with 2 young professionals; a pensions actuary and a sales specialist. We enjoy movie and dinner nights and like to take advantage of what the City Centre has to offer. We're looking for someone sociable and easy-going.

There's a full 3-piece family bathroom upstairs and a separate downstairs toilet. Outside there's a private rear garden with patio and outdoor furniture, plus off-road parking and two storage areas.
