The house is in a great spot — close to the university and hospital — and has a big kitchen, spacious living and dining areas, a patio out the back and fast broadband. 4min walk to Aldi, post office and other shops/takeaways/pubs. 2 min to the bus stop, great transport links. The room comes with a lock. Single room has a desk for work/study. Double room with large built in wardrobe, brand new ottoman bed with storage, brand new mattress. Bathroom to be shared between 2 people.
I’m looking for someone who’s clean, considerate and appreciates a calm, relaxed home. It’s a quiet household and we all like to keep things tidy and comfortable.

All bills included - no pets, no children, no couples. Ideally, you’ll be a full-time working professional who’s looking for somewhere to come home and properly unwind after the day.
