Student Studio Available for Sublet – £255/week, all utilities included.

I’m looking for someone to take over (sublet/lease takeover) my private student accommodation studio for the remainder of my contract, ending September 5, 2026. The rent is £255 per week, all utilities included. The contract is until Sept 5, 2026. There is also an option to extend/rebook the studio beyond this date if you would like to continue staying after the contract ends.

I am only leaving because I finished my studies earlier than expected, so there are no issues with the studio or building.

This is a private studio in a newly built student accommodation building completed for this school year, so everything is brand new and modern. CCTV cameras all around the property for security.
