I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a 3-bedroom shared flat, as I’ll be moving out.

Room:
A spacious double room that comes fully furnished with:

The Flat:
Top floor apartment located on the quays in Old Trafford
Excellent transport links, just a 2-minute walk to Pomona Strand tram stop, with easy access into the city centre
2 bathrooms (including one en-suite) and 3 showers, so everyone has their own shower.

The apartment block also has a Gym & a Cinema Room.

10 minute walk to Old Trafford
10 minute walk to White City Retail Park (Aldi, Home Bargains, Iceland & M&S)
Tesco Extra just a 15-minute walk away
It’s a great spot if you want somewhere well-connected but still relaxed and residential.

The two flatmates are Noah & Shad. They’re both into their fitness whether it be Football, basketball, running or the gym. They’re really sociable and enjoy going out for food and drinks but also enjoying a night in watching TV.

They’re ideally looking for somebody similar who’s easygoing, sociable and tidy.

Bills come to £175.74 which includes Water, Electricity, High Speed Internet and Council Tax.
