Looking for a female to take over one half of a joint tenancy. The current flatmate is a creative, caring support worker who’s both introvert and extrovert — she prefers quiet nights in reading but enjoys music at home and the occasional DnB night out. She works varied shifts (days and nights) and is supportive, tidy and sociable without being loud.

The room is big and bright with a bay window, high ceilings, double bed and wardrobe. You’ll share a lounge, kitchen with large fridge‑freezer, washer‑dryer and a small patio. The flat backs onto a lovely park and is ~10 minutes’ walk to Trafford Bar tram.

£597.50 pcm, deposit 5× weekly rent (protected). Internet 150 Mbps. Approx bills: £200–£250 pcm for council tax, Wi‑Fi and utilities combined (varies with usage and season); bills are usually split equally between tenants. Joint tenancy runs until 10/09/26; it may move to a monthly rolling contract after May depending on law. Move in from 1 April.
