Spacious en suite room next to Piccadilly Station

I am looking to lease out my room for the summer period!
Located a 3 minute walk from Piccadilly Station where there are great transport links for wherever you need to go! 🚊
It’s a real vibrant and bustling area with lots of students and young professionals. It’s also a very safe, even if I’m walking home late at night I’m never afraid.
The room is very spacious, located on the 6th floor, fitting a small double bed, a desk, chair, plenty of storage, bathroom with a shower, radiator, drawers and a cupboard.
I currently live with 5 wonderful flatmates, who are all super friendly and always up to go and explore new places (especially when it comes to food 🍜). They will make you feel incredibly welcomed and help introduce you to new people. The kitchen and living room are shared but there is plenty of cuboard/fridge and freezer room per person.
There is parking available for an extra cost per month. There is also washing machines and dryers located on site.
I can be more flexible if you need to move in sooner than the start of June as I already have a new place secured!
