Hiiii, I'm looking for a professional housemate to share my apartment in New Vic, a modern new-build development ideally located within walking distance of the Arndale, AO Arena, Victoria Station, and Manchester city centre.

ABOUT ME
I'm a 28-year-old professional who works both remotely and from an office in London. I spend a fair amount of time travelling or working, so the flat is often quiet.

I'm tidy, easygoing, and respectful of shared spaces. Outside of work, I enjoy working out, music, baking, and photography.

I'm ideally looking for a professional who is mostly office-based, considerate, and easy to live with. It would be great to share the flat with someone friendly and sociable, but who also values their own space.
