I’m looking for extremely clean and easy going person.

The flat is on two-levels, so feels like you are in the house rather than a flat.

Fully equipped kitchen with a full - size dishwasher and a washing machine. There is a lot of storage space, too.

The living room has two separate sofas and dining area, so plenty of space to relax.

There is also a spacious balcony with the sitting area which is ideal in the sunny days but also to dry your washing if you like that.

There is a shared bathroom which is kept very clean.

The place is located 10 mins walk from Piccadilly Train Station and Oxford Road Station and 02 Apollo.

The neighbourhood is very quiet and loads of families living around, everyone knows each other, so it feels very safe.
