Room in Northern Quarter

Hi everyone,

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our friendly and social 3-bedroom house in Silver Jubilee Walk, Northern Quarter, Manchester.

The available room is a fully furnished double bedroom with a window, and it will be available from 6th May. Rent is £720 per month, with bills not included. It’s a rolling contract with a minimum stay of 1 month, so there is flexibility if needed.

The house is in a great city-centre location, right in the heart of Manchester and close to both Manchester Victoria and Manchester Piccadilly. There are loads of good places nearby for food, drinks, shopping, and everything else you might need.

The house is fully set up and has a balcony, and all the usual kitchen utensils. The bathroom is shared between the three bedrooms.

A bit about us we’re easy-going, friendly, and social flatmates who have recently finished uni, with one of us starting another course soon. We like the house to feel warm, relaxed, and welcoming, and we’re looking for someone who would enjoy being part of that kind of home rather than just renting a room.

We’d love to find someone who is tidy, sociable, and easy to live with. Working from home is absolutely fine. We’re only looking for one individual, so no couples please.

One of the best things about living here is the location you’re right in the centre of the city, but it still feels like a comfortable and friendly home. It’s a great balance of convenience, atmosphere, and value for money.
