A friendly, tidy, cosy home, cute dog and lovely house mate ;). The little dog and I are both LGBQT friendly, I work in Manchester City Centre as a Therapist. 2 Bedroom House so only 1 room available.

8 minutes into Manchester City Centre, Close to the Apollo O2 Music Venue and Ardwick Park. University and hospitals.

Beautiful double room, really well designed communal areas for 2 sharing. Lots of cupboard space, large American Style fridge, Best seen in person to really appreciate all the little extras that come with the house. The house has lots of large windows for a brightly lite fresh feel.

Well designed landscaped greenery loops around the street front and back...with many seated areas
Great if you like to have a walk, drink hot coffee whilst smelling the cherry blossoms, like quick breaks out doors on days when working from home or have a dog as this is all in the door step.

Looking for a new house mate who is looking for somewhere to call home, not just a "share".

I love to have a good chat and like quiet time too, love to cook and experiment in the kitchen, Sunday dinners, supermarket adventures, good films, Netflix, nights out, pubs and bars, entertainment, I am tidy and clean with a good sense of humour and get along with all ages, back grounds and cultures.

I have a well behaved, calm and very cute little dog.
She is hypoallergenic and so does not shed hair/fur or cause allergies.

Ideally would like some one who can be social and like quiet time also, go on occasion nights out and for the house to feel like home with mutual respect and understanding of eachother.

Large Double Room, beautiful wooden floor, double bed, furnished, (excellent live out landlord). The double bedroom is situated at the front of the house next to the bathroom.

Newly fitted kitchen with washing machine and all amenities, including large American Style fridge and separate freezer. Shared open plan: living room, dinning room, office. Bathroom : 🛁 Bath tub and 🚿 shower.

Yard outside, with washing line for clear days. Porch entrance at front door for coats, shoes etc...and keeps heat in in winter.

The right candidate will not be disappointed and can enjoy a clean tidy relaxed living space that feels like home.
