I have a large attic bedroom for rent in Littleborough ( It's up the road from todmorden & hebden bridge, and on 20mins ish on the train to Manchester city centre)
Furnished with double bed, drawers, clothes rail, desk & armchair etc, so you have space to sit and chill or work if you don't want to sit in the lounge/work at kitchen table. You're welcome to do either :)
You're welcome to bring your own furniture if you have any too.

I am a 12 min walk to train station, 5 mins to high street with bakery/butchers/cafes.

House has lounge, kitchen diner, gardens & driveway (if you need)

To share with me, women owner, and a medium terrier dog (see pic)
I work Monday-Friday and have a few hobbies (music/dance) that take me out in the evenings.

Ideally looking for another women to share, 28-55, working or mature student ok. Nonsmoker, happy to have a natter over a brew and watch a bit of nonsense on the TV but equally I can respect your space and quiet time.

No pets please. one in the house is enough!

The house is really near a park & library, has a decent local and there's some nice places to grab a coffee in the village. It's up the road from todmorden & hebden bridge- lots of arts/activist/workshops/music/cafe culture/decent pubs.
